Heat Exhaustion

Please be careful out in the heat during these extremely hot days.  If you begin to feel faint or dizzy, have excess sweating, cool pale or clammy skin, nausea or vomiting, muscle cramps, and a rapid weak pulse (or any combination of these symptoms), GET to a cooler place immediately!  Drink tepid/cool water – but not ice cold.  Use a wet compress or take a tepid/cool shower.  Heat exhaustion should not be taken lightly.
